Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly condemned the shooting, describing it as “an isolated, senseless, and brazen act of gun violence,” and suggesting it was unavoidable. A gun is a gun, it is incapable of violence. A nigger with a huge rap sheet on the other hand that owns the gun is not!. It's never about the nigger , it's always about the inanimate object.
