It's yet another case of "when the problem is the solution", it's a trend I've noticed. It started with blacks in the US but you can clearly see that it's also happening with pretty much all diversities, few exceptions aside such as rooftop koreans for instance, they don't have for habit to murder each others Arabs or rather maghrebis, africans in general, they have it for habit and it's only because society gets in the way (courts/cops, etc) that it's not much worse There are civilization builders and the rest. "The rest" only thrive because civilization builders created an environment allowing them to survive and reproduce easily.
