Sure but 11alive only mentions it once and quotes

Another person convicted for that crime, Jose "Joe" Torres, allegedly pointed a shotgun at the crowd as well.

That's the only time a gun is mentioned.

I'm stating my opinion but also unwilling to do the legwork to prove it either way. I'm willing to be proven wrong. I'm sure the court documents would let us know.
