There are spring break gatherings in my town nearly every year. It's always vast majority black. It start out small then in three or four years it becomes a complete mess with shootings and rioting. Then the police crack down hard. Then it goes back to smaller "celebration" only to escalate again in a few years. It's a shitty cycle. The consistent thing is that when the shooters are caught they are never college students. Rarely are the victims either. Almost none of the cars have stickers or anything representing a college. Still the media always calls them college students on spring break. I'd bet the vast majority of them have never taken a college course and if they graduated from high school it's just because we no longer have any educational standards.
