No worries, they'll kill again when they're older and get the prison sentence they should be getting now. Maybe.

If your mentally able to commit an adult crime while a minor you should be sentenced the same as an adult.

Yeah, I agree. Sometimes you just have to set a precedent to deter those that aren't able to exist peacefully in a civilized society.
