Being crazy is no reason to escape a murder charge or a death penalty. Being crazy, she's proven she's incapable of rational action. Murdering someone, she's proven she's an extreme danger to others. She's both highly irrational and deadly. She's worse than a pit viper or black mamba. At least with venomous snakes, they tend to leave you alone if you leave them alone. We kill venomous snakes because they're too dangerous to have around. This murderer should be treated the same.
