Someone should rewrite this as if it is about germ theory or prefrontal lobotomies.
This bill would designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to prefrontal lobotomies or germ theory as unprofessional conduct. The bill would also make findings or declarations in this regard.

This shows how cucked the medical profession has become. The California Medical Association and the American Medical Association should be screaming in horror at any legislation that tells doctors what they can discuss with with their patients. But they won't because they are in the pocket of the pharma companies.
