I have been watching video's of people collapsing from the shots. I noticed allot seem to be looking/pointing at something that seems to move in most cases. Any reports of anyone who actually survived and told what they saw ?

Raising an arm like that is a symptom of some brain injury. The spinning probably comes from brain damage on one side. Not a doctor, but a "fencer's posture," is a symptom of some drain bamage.
