Well, since half of the shit that’s posted here is complete horseshit, I’d like to see a close-up of the machine to make sure it’s a defibrillator. I’m going to assume that it is one, since I’ve seen many of them at parks, and playgrounds, and other outdoor areas for the last 15 years and they’re not just for kids, they are usually intended for old people or those with heart conditions.
