While surfing the net about to aspirate or not aspirate injections (don't know how I got there to that topic but was bored and looking into the outbreak of myocarditis)

Then thinking about all those Pfizer and Moderna myocarditis stories ("clot shot") and wondering about the missing mention of adenovirus delivery covid jab by J&J I found.... a one-liner (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s43440-022-00361-4) about introducing adenoviral vector to bloodstream can possibly result in thrombocytopenia and coagulopathy (one is low platelets, the other is inability of blood to clot).

Then found an article on it.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8509779/ "Coagulopathies after Vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 May Be Derived from a Combined Effect of SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein and Adenovirus Vector-Triggered Signaling Pathways"

Clotting and bleeding aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. With excessive clotting, the platelets in the blood get depleted, reducing the ability of the blood to clot further. The clotting was in response to damage to blood vessels, which if it continues beyond the point that the blood is able to clot in response will result in unclotted damaged small blood vessels which will break open and leak. Depending on where this occurs, it could be a "bruise" or a stroke, resulting in consequences that range from mild discomfort to sudden death.
