I know that a lot of you think that COVID doesn’t exist. I don’t blame you, I used to be one of you (check my comment history from mid-late 2020). But, at the same time my sister (who I had just spent time with) got diagnosed with Covid, I got sick. And the symptoms were weird. Like, really weird.

I’ve had a cold a hundred times. The flu twice. A number of other upper respiratory diseases.

I have never experienced ANYTHING like what I experienced that week. And it’s not the severity (although my sister actually was hospitalized and had her husband call family members telling them she thought it was the end). I didn’t have bad symptoms, I just had weird symptoms.

First of all, it was every other day. One day I had weird “zaps” in my face that almost made my knees buckle. That night I shivered so hard I couldn’t sleep without several blankets AND turning the thermostat up to 78.

Next day, I was totally fine. Went to work, back to normal.

Next day, I was so lethargic and achy that I could barely get out of bed to use the bathroom.

Next day, totally fine.

Next day, uncontrollable deep cough. Couldn’t stop it. Lasted maybe 12 hours.

Anyway, this continued on and off for about a week in total. I’m convinced that Covid is real, and I’m convinced that I had it.

I am NOT convinced that it’s nearly as deadly as they say or as dangerous as they say. I just believe that a virus exists that is testable, and it’s contagious.

Well, my younger sister went to my parents’ house for a couple weeks leading up to Christmas. Shortly after, she felt sick, and tested positive for Covid. Immediately after, my parents tested positive.

My family is conservative, but my parents also take care of their parents, who are obviously quite old, and they’re not willing to risk that the media is lying for the sake of their parents’ lives. I don’t blame them.

Christmas at my parents was canceled, with the exception of my younger sister, who is already there sick alongside them.

I told them that I wasn’t concerned, that I believed in natural immunity, and that I’d like to come.

I’m the only person in my immediate family to be attending our Christmas this year, and three out of the four (including me) people that will be there have tested positive for Covid.

I’m not afraid, but we’ll see what happens. If I’m in the hospital in a couple weeks, maybe it’ll mean something. If I’m not (which I expect), it’ll mean something more.

Again, your anecdotal experience isn't going to sway me.

I've been sick. Yes. I've experienced a wide range of generic symptoms. Before and after "covid" "arrived."

You had weird symptoms? How does that invalidate any of the evidence I presented?

You didn’t present any evidence, you just showed that it could be faked if they wanted to.

And I guess I’m not here to sway you by my anecdote, I can’t blame you for that not being proof enough for you, but it was proof enough for me. And itll be proof enough for you when you get it.

It wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t a cold, and it wasn’t the flu. You expect me to think I magically caught some new disease the same year they’re pushing a new disease and that’s just a coincidence?

I explained how the tests are unreliable. YOU haven't presented any evidence.

Don't bandy words with me.

I have shown explained how the tests don't reliable show anything because they all search for the S Spike protein.

The EVIDENCE, is merely that all coronaviruses have the S spike protein. That is a fact. You have no rebuttal.

You suck at making any kind of argument and I am mainly trying to determine if you are a shill, or not.

The other EVIDENCE I presented shows that I was doing my research via deep dives into the Wuhan Institute of Virology in April of 2020.

I have written a million words on the subject, since February of 2020.

So, again... what evidence do YOU have beyond an anecdote where you have generic symptoms?

I already know the answer... none.

And I can continue to bury you in evidence.

All I am asking you for is YOUR evidence.

Where is it? Cause you're the OP and all you've given us is sophistry.

Are you a shill or do you have evidence? If not, then why bother trying to change anyone's mind?

I’m OP but my post wasn’t intended to convince you of anything. If you don’t believe my personal experience, that’s fine, I don’t blame you, cheers.

I’m just letting the non-cognitive-dissonants know that I’m going to be exposing myself to people who are diagnosed with a virus that I believe exists based on personal experience.

Period.

Like I said, go back and read my comments from summer/fall 2020. I was absolutely convinced that Covid was fake, that everyone who got sick or died just had the flu.

Obviously something happened that changed my mind. If you think I’m just a shill playing a super long-con, then good for you; it’s not worth talking to you anyway because you’ll come up with some outlandish shit to not believe me no matter what I say to you
