I had the fucking thing, so I know Covid exists. It was discernably different from any other cold or flu I've ever had in my life. The persistent dry cough was the main symptom that differed from all other viruses I've ever contracted. It held on for a long, long time, although it wasn't painful or inhibiting in any way. Just annoying.
