I know this applies to companies, but what about state and local government employees? Not a company, but certainly over 100 employees.

I haven't seen anything on this, have you?

State and local governments have been toeing the line just fine on their own and have been enacting mandates for a while now. Just take a look as that that idiot de Blasio is doing in NYC for an example.

My state hasn't yet, except for medical-related employees...but they very well may in the future. We just got offered another "incentive" today, so I can't tell what their plans are. Guess I'll have to just wait and see.

Oregon and Washington did state workers at the same time as health care workers.

I believe Oregon had 8.8% religious and medical exemptions and is 99.99% vaccinated.

Washington only allowed 3% religious and medical exemptions.

The difference Oregon allowed your manager to sign off on the exemptions. Washington approved them through the state HR which seems to be dicks.

Hospitals also used HR and granted very few exemptions.

Sucks, doesn't it?
