Sorry but this is incorrect. Only the athletes and coaches were allowed to come to Tokyo. Even the family were not allowed. The athletes were quarantined and could only interact amongst themselves. The local population wasn't even allowed to attend. So there wasn't a new source. Ivermectin seems to be the most plausible. Combine that with the great weather here and people are outside more.
