Meanwhile, people who are actually immune to the virus, who can't catch or spread Covid, they are the ones who'll be restricted.

It's a totally insane policy, on the face of it. Unless you assume that they don't want to stop the spread of the virus, but to enhance its spread. Then this policy of not acknowledging natural immunity makes sense.
