I normal sized cheese burger is fine. America has to make it 2 half pound patties, 5 slices of cheese, 4 slices of bacon and a ton of mayo. A 400 calorie burger is now 2000 calories, a bucket of fries and a big gulp which is 30% sugar. Nation of gluttonous fat disgusting beasts

If people ate what you mentioned minus the bread and sugar they would not be able to eat it all because the satiety signaling will come roaring.
