Form a union.... Right. That's super easy to do.

Nope. Take a lesson from our Aussie truckies. Just stop work. Don't be a bitch. Just be plain with your boss: I would be happy to work for this company if it acted like a profit-seeking institution and not a hospital. I'll come back to work when you let me work.
