I'm in a union and it hasn't done dick for me. Mask mandates, fucking mandatory glasses everywhere you walk. Leave (covid) policy. They have done nothing. I don't have mandatory vax but I'm sure it's coming. And guess what? I'd bet you everything in my bank, they once again will do nothing.
