So you reject vaccine mandate/testing mandates and you are going to court, what sections of the constitution you will tell the court they were violated?
1 - Section 15 (You have the right of equal benefit of the law and to be free from discrimination based on your beliefs in Science and you biological status without having to change it at a cost that can risk your life):
15 (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
2 - Section 2 (You have the freedom of conscience not to act according to a barbarian concept like public health that promotes killing/harming the few to benefit the many specially if you are one of the few who get to be killed/harmed):
2 Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
The court will challenge you to 'trust the regulatory authorities: well here is proof that the FDA(which the rest of the world follows), is corrupt. Here are two links to prove it!

Clinical Trial Design using surrogate 'primary endpoint for health' for covid19 vaccine development has been dengerously misleading:

3 - Section 7 (You have the right to life and not to be forced to risk it with a vaccine for other people. You have the right to liberty not to be punished for refusing to undergo a medical treatment/test against your will. You have the right to security knowing that the state can't punish you for refusing to submit your body to their treatment/testing):
7 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.
To summarize:
If the vaccine reduces from transmission, they have to provide accommodation but since the vaccine doesn't reduce transmission the whole vaccine/testing mandate policy should be thrown in the trash can. Furthermore given that the vaccine lets a person spread the virus asymptomatically the policy should not be up for discussion in the first place because the unvaccinated at least will go home when they feel the symptoms.
All this assuming that the policy can prove any benefit or feasibility for reducing the spread of the virus other than making the virus mutate evolve more to be more transmissible to get around the new barriers for transmission as it evolved in summer 2020 into Alpha, Beta, gamma, and Delta variants to get around social distancing.
