You mean sick of the bullshit? Many are aging out too and not enough new nurses entering. Add the fucking boomers getting old and they are not healthy so they get sick they go in and don't come out. Nursing homes are also on the rise.....

Hmm nah they're saying that the nurses are just tired of people not getting vaccinated and they feel really bad about the people getting sick and dying because they didn't get vaccinated so they quit.

and layoffs, have spoken to staff that confirm this. hospitals are fucking EMPTY

Nurses keep moving I guess to where the money is but makes you wonder why supply and demand are mismatched. Are people showing up to hospitals that are broke while the rich ones are empty? I will say it is a hallmark of gov't intervention for this to happen. Free markets rarely tolerate a labor shortage like this.

They will replace qualified white nurses with 3rd world baboons. That is what the NHS has been doing for years. If you are unfortunate enough to go to hospital in Europe and you get an African you refuse treatment or just leave.
