A big problem with this video is he's talking about mRNA vaccines causing this damage when the clotting and bleeding effects we're seeing are in the two vaccines that aren't mRNA-based.
He's also saying that this is "permanently damaging vessels which can never be repaired" - this is entirely untrue. Blood vessels do regenerate, even in the brain.

The Astra-Zeneca vaccine is not. It's a polymer with COVID antigens embedded.
Edit: As pointed out It is a viral vector vaccine. Not at all what I thought, and potentially more problematic.
AZ and J&J are not mRNA but viral vector vaccines. They contain an adenovirus that injects DNA into the nucleus of a cell, the DNA is used as blueprint for mRNA that leaves the nucleus (while the mRNA of the mRNA vaccines never touches the nucleus).
Novavax is one of the polymer based vaccines.

Clotting can get triggered by all vaccines and by the virus itself because it is caused by antibodies that trigger platelets. The immune system has a quality control that filters out new b-cells that create dangerous antibodies, but this system sometimes fails.
The mRNA vaccines have allergic reactions as additional side effects, the viral vector vaccines can cause heart inflammation as additional side effect.
