I think the timeframe is either completely arbitrary, or based on a projection that is an educated guess at best, and may be missing some key factors.
He said that a clotted vessel can never be repaired. That's not true...we get clots all the time. The problem is when they're large enough or in such great numbers that a blockage occurs. Over time, clots are broken down and re-absorbed by the body through catabolism.
So, depending on the person, and their body's ability to break down clots, and the rate at which the clots are being created, you might have a problem, or you might not. I mean, it's certainly bad either way, medicines shouldn't be throwing clots unless that's their purpose(coagulants), and I won't be getting the vaccine, nor will my kids. But I'm just not sure this is fully accurate. It sounds a lot like climate science to me. Facets of truth, dressed in fabricated fear.
He didn't say clots can't disappear. He said the danged vessels themselves aren't repaired.
The disease was well known because it can be caused by other things too so timeframes are known.
