Nobody is enforcing Constitutional law, that's why. Not the Police, Judges, Sheriffs, anyone. And a majority of "we the people" are too stupid and ignorant to even know it! If the people understood it they would refuse to comply and then sue the shit out of their employers. Instead people are scared and weak and dumb.

You just stated that the judges support it, all suing would do is throw money away and set a principal.
