They only have immunity so long as they still control the system. They will likely have as much, if not more, control over the system in a decade. However, if there is a real reform then there is going to be hell to pay. They've done a whole host of things like lying about the tests, compelling people to take the vaccine, lying about the efficacy of the vaccine, lying about the side effect, exaggerating the severity of the virus, etc that would nullify any immunity in an honest court of law.

It's a scam, like when you return a defective electronic at Frys. In both cases, you think you are seeking compensation, but in reality, you unknowingly are their guinea pig for testing out their merchandise and divulging your results to them.

In my opinion, it is the perfect loophole for skirting ethical concerns with testing and not enough people seem to realize it, especially when they advertise the shit out of a product and then 6 months later tell you that you may have a claim.
