They're not the moneymen tho, they are just some duplicitous backstabbing chunks that have been corrupted/ bribed that had managed to insert themselves onto the PV board of directors.
The actual moneymen/ big donors got together and hired some big wig law firm to represent their interests and had them send a notice of intent to the Board 'reminding them of their fiduciary requirements' in a kind of cease and desist potential class action against them if they pursue the firing of O'keefe.
