Yep. Healthcare IT. All indians all the time. I'm one of 3 whites on my team. It's a joy. Jab is still required everywhere healthcare IT, so I'm stuck since I got a religious exemption with these idiots.

No raise other than "merit increase" which doesn't even keep up with inflation in over ten years. Rent has nearly doubled in the past 5 and I haven't moved. I have savings, but I don't think I'll ever have enough to get out. I've been recording audiobooks for a while now, but the competition got insane during the lockdowns, so I barely make enough to make it worth it, now. I figure I'll just work until I die on the job.
