This definition is important:

After First Booster Dose: Individuals vaccinated >=14 days following one additional dose after completion of primary series.

That means in the first two weeks after a booster dose you are still considered fully vaccinated, not boosted. That is important because those two weeks are when vaccinated people are highly likely to be infected and become severely ill. I think the higher death rate in the fully vaccinated group is mostly people in the first two weeks of their first booster dose.

They lumped the vaccinated people into the unvaccinated numbers during their first two weeks to make the unvaccinated numbers look bad, but that phase is over now. Anyone who wanted their first vaccine doses got them long ago. They can’t count boosted people as unvaccinated, so those deaths are counted as fully vaccinated deaths.

They need to stop lumping these categories together. What we’re seeing here is the deadliness of the first two weeks after receiving a dose, but it’s hidden in their odd classifications.
