Unless there's a significant change to your job which would alter accommodation, there is no expiration date for a religious exemption.
I think the rules in NY for religious exemption are geared towards not giving it and can be reassessed at any point for any reason by the employer. Friend of mine sent the documents from his job and it details how an employer can "legally" deny the exemption. You are at complete mercy of the employer.
Yeah, but they’re. It legally obligated to accommodate, either. They can say that I work around too many people and they think the risk outweighs the benefit.
