Thanks. I’m actually slightly past middle-aged and only very moderately successful. I am looking for a condo or a townhouse out of state that I can buy for cash and put my mother in. Then, when I absolutely can’t take it, I’ll take the 3rd bedroom and sell this tiny apartment—or maybe still keep it. I don’t want to be locked into another mortgage, but I am priced out of nice places in the Northeast and even a lot of the Midwest. I have been looking in the areas of Eastern Pency these past few weeks and I can only afford to live in the type of town my female cousin lives in, which has more Puerto Ricans than a knife convention (she married one).
