The current iteration of this tech (jab pass) is to get the company side of the system set up. Now, businesses are setting up systems that have their customers check in with their pass and get approval from the system to let those customers into their business. A green light means the customer may enter. A red light means the business may face penalties to allowing the customer to enter. No one gives a shit if you're actually jabbed.
