Who normally sits behind the one way mirrors? I know that victims and witnesses sit in those seats reflected in the one way mirror, but there are two sets of what I'm assuming are one way mirrors, unless its a regular mirror so the witnesses can watch themselves watching the execution?

I think the public is actually welcome at some executions, they have to sign up for a seat.
