I’d never heard of mass formation psychosis before this month, but I’ve been saying for some time that there seems to be a pervasive mass insanity that has its grip on half the country.
Same mentality as in the communist revolution in China under chairman mao where, under the direction of mao, people killed all the birds to stop them from eating their crops, which only then caused a massive insect problem and subsequently a famine. The fact that people can be told to do something so insane and then actually do it without any critical thinking is scary.
