That's great news, people have the ability to quit jobs they don't like, and free to go find jobs that they enjoy more or pay more? fantastic. But the way this article is written makes it sound bad. Its also funny how licensing good when employees want to get trained and hired, but as soon as the industry needs people, suddenly licensing is troublesome and bad.
