I think the implications here are that you use it for the purposes of bamboozling your employer.
That’s what I mean. Does your employer check it against a database or hand it into a government audit at some point???
Well theoretically there shouldn't be a database your employer has access to that has your medical records without your consent. But then theoretically you shouldn't lie to your employer.
If it turns into a government authenticated mark of the beast thing you are much better off having made your stand now instead of forging documents.
