Flushing a toilet has less an environmental impact than buying something manufactured overseas.

I consider myself eco-conscious because why not. I shop local, make my own stuff when I can, and buy durable lasts-you-a-lifetime-even-if-it's-more-expensive goods when I need to. Everyone should do that, and stop using plastic bags.
