I always do. Once I attached a PO for something like 350k and I was only supposed to send that to two people but I didn't know that at the the time and I sent it to like 20 and it started a massive shitshow. It wasn't about the amount of the PO, it was about department budgets and every lord in the fiefdom went at each other for more money. It was great.

I've often ask to disable the reply all button, but always get shot down. It creates so many redundant emails.
