I suppose I will have to start my own company that only employs White Males. I should have thought about that like 20 years ago. Imagine how successful we would all be.

Get some tape and pull your eyes back like a chink. Spray a light tan over it. Get the job and then repeat until you are secure in the company. Drop the disguise and if anyone asks, tell them they're racist.
