I have a feeling this guy is not wrong.
There have been multiple tech companies nailed for price fixing basically every other year for at least the last 20-30 years.
One that was most noticed by many was the LCD price fixing.
I really do feel like the RAM "Shortage" is another example. This should be fucking illegal (Well, depending on how they do it, it is). A stick that used to cost around $40-60 (usually used) now costs ~$150+ used... It's bullshit.
