"In 1991, the oldest living (black) Bolshevik on the African continent was trained in Soviet Moscow at the Lenin Party School. Modern African leaders claim to be anti-colonialist, as they were taught in their ideological training, yet they often lean towards granting mining rights and construction contracts to communist China. It is therefore highly unlikely that either modern Africa would be communist or that Europe would be flooded by foreigners if the Soviet Union, together with their Western comrades, had not emerged victorious in the Second World War."
