Im not entirely opposed to that, but anything that tries forcing shit like this is quickly subverted, id imagine the company would restructure so that it never had any profits (tying up profits in investments) and even running at a cost to push costs onto employees lol. This also ignores the fact that employees simply lose value so long as immigrants arrive, immigration has always been used as a tool to drive wages down. I could see a system where they implement this also but make it so that employees only get a share of profits and wind up hiring hundreds of workers and paying them next to nothing.
