It is all about control or even the illusion of control. Nothing else. This will solve nothing and as I said, be bypassed immediately. My car had a guvnor at 110 MPH and it took me all of a day to figure out ways to get around it without modifying anything. I only ever did that speed a couple of times in the middle of nowhere where the only person I could hurt was myself. It was stupid and ill never do that again without being on a track unless I am forced to for some reason. Still, it was insane how simple it was to bypass it. I don't have that car anymore either though.
