I grew up with an indoor smoker, ban it, hell yes.
That is the only argument I can see making sense. I did not grow up in a smoking house but knew kids that did. They hated it and hated smelling like smoke all of the time.
In this case they are saying you cant even smoke outdoors on your own balcony. Sure, it might piss off your neighbors (I have neighbors that like to smoke pot a lot when the weather is nice and I close my windows because of it). But in the end.. Its not inside and you are really just hurting yourself.
Frankly, we should just ban the sale of pre-rolled cigarettes; loose/pipe tobacco you roll yourself is fine, vaping? Drown in it for all I care, zyns, dip, and chewing tobacco? Ruin your gums all you like.
People can be allergic to any number of the things in that smoke, people can have asthma, your stinky cigarette smoke can make your kids pariahs that will get no bitches.
Smoke your new car, house payments ,and kids college away just like my parents did. A pack a day full flavors of a nice brand is years worth of income you are burning.
If you don't have neighbors within 10 yards smoking outside should be nobody's business, if you have an apartment and smoke on a balcony and your second hand smoke prevents your neighbors from enjoying their balcony you are a cunt and should catch a fine.
