I can see owners ensuring room prices instantly going up to cover damage and bleed the govt system. Literally a full booking 7 days a week, but now need on site security to get them the fck out in the morning and do a bag check. Govt will then respond by setting a low ball median price for vacant rooms, just lol. Total shitshow.
