The easy way out of this is to give available rooms to guests beside the rooms already for free as a "bonus" or change the status of the room to unavailable as it needs cleaning or repairs of some sort like changing the batteries in the remote. Either is a better alternative than having some shit head in your room who will wreck the room and the ambiance of the entire hotel for your valued guests.
