Christianity completed all the ancient world religions. It’s popular amongst non-and-anti-Christians these days to pretend that, somehow, all the ancient people who were around at the time didn’t willingly embrace Christianity. They did so because it makes a hell of a lot more sense than what they’d been stuck with.
Why else would it become popular?
Christianity *completed* all the ancient world religions. It’s popular amongst non-and-anti-Christians these days to pretend that, somehow, all the ancient people who were around at the time didn’t *willingly* embrace Christianity. They did so because it makes a hell of a lot more sense than what they’d been stuck with.

They didn't embrace it willingly, the freshly converted Pagans were as bloodthirsty as Muslims and killed other pagans for apostasy/heresy. Christianity was forced through conversion.

That’s just silly; why aren’t “freshly converted Christians” in China nowadays just rabidly slaughtering other Chinese ?
