Used to be lots of TV shows and movies that made me laugh.

I member back in the 90's laughing my ass off with all the top-tier comedies; even the 80's had great comedies. I can't even remember the last time I saw a funny movie that wasn't from 20 years ago or older. Now the best comedy I find are on free-speech boards...

Ali G is still hilarious. None of Baron cohens other characters are very funny to me and he clearly became a Mossad asset somewhere along the line.
