What could possibly be to blame for this?
Oh, Right. Liberal/progressive policies and laws that are Anti Business.
For example, the new wage requirements and taxes that started mid last year (that has caused at least a hundred+ businesses to relocate just miles away outside of Denver city limits).
Also, all of the crime, druggies, violence, etc... Due to soft on crime policies.
This place should be printing money with it's location but now its dead and gone because of the idiot commie fucks in power.
Oh Look. I'm right. ---shocking---
For Adler, the LoDo closure is not the end.
He is already moving forward on a new, larger space in Belmar at the old Lucky Strike location — where operating costs are lower.
He's relocating out of the Denver city limits because it costs too much to operate in Denver.

From the post:
>The 1Up Arcade Bar is closing its LoDo location after 15 years, with its doors shutting for the last time Monday.
Owner Jourdan Adler said the last few years have been difficult.
The 1Up is not alone. Church and Union, located down the block, also announced its closure on social media over the weekend. Rock Bottom on 16th Street has also closed permanently.
