Yeah, e-bikes are a fucking menace. But, sadly, it's not just the nogs, spics or various colors of rag heads. I've seen White kids act like little shits on those things and driving up the sidewalks at 40 miles an hour or right beside cars. Between 8 and 12 years old.
Recently two kids were using those things in a taco bell parking lot to ride in front of people as they were trying to leave and parking there, then moving and zipping back in front or behind them. One guy told them to knock that shit off or he was going to keep going regardless of if he ran them over. They... didn't listen. So one got a broken leg, both got arrested alongside the driver.
