With a title like that it won't shock you at all what the race is... I am amazed they showed a picture that has skin color in it. They usually don't show a pic or if they do they intentionally make it hard to see skin color. Dumb fuck is not even 18 yet and is already trying to run from the cops. How fucking typical.
