Yeah, honestly I don't have a problem with this at all. Most places already do this.

No place in Texas does. San Antonio I think just leaves the faucets on all the time because fuck you. All the water down that sewer they call the river walk? All viable drinking water from reservoirs. Don’t go calculate how much water a day. Trust me. But muh mexican river walk.
